The Critical Need

The Challenge

Many girls in Ebonyi State are forced to abandon their education because of severe financial hardship. Without practical skills or stable income opportunities, they remain highly vulnerable to unemployment, exploitation, and long-term generational poverty.

Our targeted vocational training acts as a direct intervention, transforming systemic vulnerability into powerful economic self-reliance.

Our Roadmap

How EGSAP Works

Our structured four-phase model ensures that every participant moves securely from vulnerability to stable, lasting self-reliance.

STEP 1

Identify

We collaborate deeply with local schools, churches, community leaders, and village networks to identify the most vulnerable girls in the community.

STEP 2

Train

Selected participants receive three months of intensive, hands-on, high-standard vocational training from experienced, certified instructors.

STEP 3

Equip & Mentor

Graduates receive sewing machines, soap-making kits, or digital resources, plus six months of close structured business mentorship to scale.
